Juices…Which
one do I choose? You have heard the latest buzz
about Mangosteen, Goji, Acai, and Noni juice and would like to take the
plunge into juices. Which one should
you choose? Below is a brief summary
of the four major juices and the common problems helped by each juice. More in depth information can be found in
the on-line Healthy Juices Plus Library. Goji –
is a powerful antifungal and antibacterial compound that contains all 18
essential amino acids. It helps the body
to rid itself of toxic cellular debris and helps prevent against cellular
damage to the DNA. It also helps with
depression, low sex drive and infertility, premature aging, fatigue, mental
confusion, and high blood pressure. Mangosteen
– has high in ORAC (oxygen radical absorption capacity) rating. It supports healthy histamine levels,
immune system function, youthful cellular regeneration, healthy aging, and

Illness: Chronic Migraines Do you suffer from chronic migraines? Costs for preventative and pain medications

I was a chronic migraine sufferer who had migraines that lasted for
months at a time. My quality of life
